Guest Speaker: Bruce Pascoe, Indigenous writer
Bruce is an Indigenous writer of Yuin, Bunurong & Tasmanian heritage. His book ‘Dark Emu’ was awarded the NSW Premier’s ‘Book of the Year’ in 2016. Bruce will provide an engaging keynote presentation about traditional farming practices in the region by local indigenous communities.

There will be two sessions of short and engaging presentations about making local food work in Southern Gippsland. Hear from a diverse mix of twelve (12) local growers, producers, community food enterprises, and retailers as they share their successes & challenges.
Sharing ideas: Meet, chat, and eat!
Join us for a delicious local, seasonal lunch. There will be plenty of opportunities for networking and offering suggestions about making local food work across the region.
