The Amber Creek Case Study

Amber Creek ‘Hogs and Logs’ are artisan pork and timber producers located on a 165 acre property in Fish Creek. Their produce is a reflection of the region and environment it comes from. Owners Dan and Amelia Bright aim to produce what the land can comfortably create and sustain without mining the soil. This makes the farm higly resilient to climate change.
